- the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - the beautiful room
being used to European breakfast standard, the choice for breakfast could be still bigger.
friendliness and help of the whole staff
clean room comfortable bed clean bathroom good size towels
This is the second time my friend and I have stayed at the Fairfield and will certainly be back next year, the room is lovely and nice to come back to after shopping all day. We relaxed in the whirlpool and had a comfortable sleep.
The only thing we did not like about the room was the heat. We spent the time their turning down the heat hoping that the dryness would go away.
We have stayed there before. One thing we notice is that a lot of the staff is the same. I suggest that is because of Deb. the manager. We were pleased to meet Lisa a new trainee. She came right over to our table at breakfast and had a chat with us. Makes you feel really welcome.
Most everything was good.
The bed was very uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well and woke up with a bad backache and neck ache.
location, clean room and bathroom
memory foam bed too soft. Windows broken. They say they will be upgrading the windows.
Not far from the border and a short drive to shopping. Provides a great breakfast.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were helpful
The pool is not good foe handicapped people no stairs to walk in just a ladder in shallow end and one in the deep end which moved when you went to step on it and the first step on the ladder in the shallow end was very loose
The mattresses were terrific and the hot breakfast was not expected-a nice bonus.
I may be sounding like old school, but some of the chain hotels and motels are overpriced. Either lower your rates or offer better deals or I'll start going to Mom&Pop hotels. Sorry, but that's my opinion.
We enjoyed the less expensive price compared with the hotel next to it. The hotel is getting tired looking- time to update. Breakfast was adequate, but the area is way too small for it to work for more than 4 guests at a time. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
Price was excellent if you want something reasonably priced close to the border. After a great day shopping relaxing in the hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast had some hot items which was nice in a continental breakfast :)
Debiting my card for more than the room without an explanation.
